Quata Labs is an independent software company formed by four software engineering undergraduates who care about building useful, reliable digital products. Our shared interests span full-stack and enterprise applications, backend systems and APIs, databases, and web and cross-platform mobile development. How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope. Small websites and tools often take a few weeks; larger systems are planned in phases. We give a realistic timeline after an initial discovery conversation.
How do you price projects?
Well-defined projects get a fixed quote. Projects that will evolve can be billed on a flexible basis. Either way, you receive a written estimate before work starts.
Who owns the code?
Ownership, licensing and handover are agreed in writing before development begins, so there are no surprises later.
Do you support software after launch?
Yes. We offer maintenance and support covering fixes, performance work and improvements, agreed to suit your project.
Can you improve or take over an existing system?
Yes. We can review what you have, identify the most valuable improvements, and extend or modernise it.
Can we sign an NDA?
Of course. If your idea is sensitive, we’re happy to discuss an NDA before you share details.
